What’s included in each box?

Each monthly Faith Box includes:

  • A faith-based T-shirt, sweatshirt, or hoodie
  • A matching lifestyle item (tumbler or accessory)
  • A scripture card tied to that month’s verse

Items may vary by month, but the intention stays the same.

When will my box ship?

Boxes ship once per month, during the last week of the month.

You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email when your box is on the way.

When does my subscription start?

New subscriptions begin with the next scheduled monthly shipment after checkout.

Can I skip a month?

Yes. If you need to skip a month, email us at support@teezbyfee.com before the 10th of the month, and we’ll take care of it for you.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be canceled at any time by emailing support@teezbyfee.com.

Annual subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable once the subscription period begins.

How do I update my shipping address or size?

To update your address or size, please email support@teezbyfee.com before the 10th of the month so the change can apply to your next box.

Why do changes need to be made before the 10th?

We begin preparing each month’s boxes early to ensure timely delivery and quality. Requests made after the 10th may apply to the following month instead.

Do I choose my scripture or theme?

No. Verses and themes are prayerfully curated each month to create a meaningful, cohesive journey throughout the year.

Is this subscription a commitment?

Monthly subscriptions have no long-term commitment and can be canceled anytime by contacting support.

Annual subscriptions are a one-time payment for a full year of boxes.

Is this a good gift?

Yes. Many customers gift the Faith Subscription to loved ones. You can ship boxes directly to the recipient’s address.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 3 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at teezbyfee.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES

We are unable to shop to PO boxes at this time.

Refunds & Exchanges

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at feeastew@gmail.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
